An elderly couple was being interviewed because their house was destroyed by a fallen tree.
While they were being interviewed, their dog Buddy noticed something amidst the wooded area behind their home.
The older woman noticed that something out behind the trees had the dog's attention so she let her husband now that something was going on.
The camera man directed the attention of the camera on the area of the trees that was getting so much attention and it happened to be a naked confused man stumbling out behind the trees.
The elderly couple's dog was hysterical and the older man who was being interviewed was very offended and irritated. He said that he was going to sick Buddy on the stray walker (which he didn't) and then he said he thinks the man wants an " a** whooping!"
All of this was caught on camera.
The couple called for local authorities and the man wearing nothing but his birthday suit was handcuffed and arrested.
The naked man's name is Nathaniel Koba and police say that the man is being held tonight in the Saline County Jail on indecent exposure and public intoxication charges.
