A 19 year old mother named Catalina Clauser abandoned her baby after smoking marijuana in the park with her boyfriend in Phoenix, Arizona.
After their meetup at the park, her boyfriend was later pulled over and arrested for aggravated DUI charges.
Hmm, I wonder why..
After parting ways, she planned on taking a trip to the store to pick up some brewskys and then she later went to her friends house to smoke some more pot at midnight.
An E N T I R E hour has went by before the young mother had realized that the baby never left the park with her because he was on TOP OF THE CAR!!

Her friends raced to trace her route to find her missing baby but another citzen had already found the child and called the police.
When Catalina showed up to find her baby, she was immediately arrested and in the police's custody.
She is extremely lucky that the baby is ok!
